When your car needs auto body repairs, you need to find an auto body shop. Not every auto body shop is the same so it is important to do your research. Here are some questions you can ask that will help you pick the best auto body shop for your car.
Ask them how long they have been in business. You want to make sure they are experienced so if they have only been in business for a year, you may want to pick another shop. When you’re in the waiting room, look around for any BBB certifications or little league sponsorships. This will show you they are reputable and are involved in the community as well.
Ask for customer referrals. Any good reputable shop should be able to provide you with a list of a few customers who have gotten work done at the shop that you can then call and find out how their experience was.
Next, ask what type of vehicles they service and what type of services they offer. Most general repair shops have a variety of services they offer but make sure they offer the kind of maintenance or repair you are looking for.
