Looking to buy a new car or upgrade your old one? With so many models in the market, it can be difficult to choose the car that’s right for you. Have you considered looking at a Nissan dealership? They sell a wide range of vehicles from Nissan sports cars like the Coupe and Nismo, to popular models like the Altima and Pathfinder. With their selection, you’re sure to find a vehicle, either new or used, that is sure to fit your need and budget. Used Nissans also tend to be budget-friendly when looking at used cars and with cars being built to last up to 100,000 miles, you can still get a reliable and roadworthy car for less!
The History of Nissan
In 1933, the Nissan Motor Co. was founded in Japan. It sold vehicles under the Nissan, Infiniti, Datsun, and NISMO names. In 1999, it formed an alliance with the French automaker Renault, called the Renault-Nissan Alliance. It’s the sixth largest manufacturer of vehicles in the world, although along with the Renault-Nissan alliance, it would be the fourth largest. In 2013, worldwide, the Nissan-Renault Alliance sold almost 8.3 million vehicles.
Why Choose a Nissan Vehicle?
Nissan models are well-known and the Nissan sports cars are popular. Moreover, their VQ engines have made the top 10 best engine lists internationally. In our new consciousness of environmentally-friendly products, Nissan has recently won many awards for their sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Nissan has been the top volume leader in electric car sales with their model the Nissan LEAF. A new safety feature introduced in recent models is VDC, or vehicle dynamic control. This detects unexpected over or under steer, cuts back on engine power, and/or puts on brake pressure to individual wheels to keep the vehicle on track. For recent college graduates who may need a vehicle, but don’t have the money or credit to finance one, Nissan offers a college graduate program. Additionally, it also runs a military program for active members and veterans.
Looking at Used Nissan Cars
If you can’t afford a brand new car, consider going to a used Nissan dealership. For one thing, used cars don’t depreciate the second you leave the dealership. A new car will always depreciate-indeed, some of the newer models can lose 40% or even more in the first twelve months. Even those fancy Nissan sports cars will be at a lower price! Additionally, buying used gives you more of an array of options. Instead of only being able to choose from the last couple of years, up to five or ten years worth of models are available.
Financing Options
The three most common ways to help pay for your car are through the dealership, a bank, or credit union. See which one of these places will give you the right set up and payment options for your budget. If buying used, used car loans are an option for up to 60 months. If you take out a longer loan, the monthly payments will also decrease.
